Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026
These Terms govern access to alimango.app and to Alimango One services made available by Alimango Studio. Additional commercial, subscription, support, or data-processing terms may apply to a customer account.
Authorized use
You may use Alimango One only for lawful business purposes, within the permissions granted to your account and organization, and in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for protecting credentials, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that people using your organization’s access are authorized to do so. Platform, tenant, branch, and role boundaries must not be bypassed.
Third-party services
Features that connect to Meta, Google, payment providers, messaging providers, or other services depend on customer authorization and those providers’ APIs, policies, availability, and terms. Alimango Studio does not control third-party platforms.
Customer content
Customers remain responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, and business use of content and records they submit or publish through Alimango One. Customers must have the rights and notices required for data they process.
Service changes
Alimango One evolves continuously. We may add, modify, suspend, or retire features, especially preview or beta capabilities, while taking reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary disruption to active customers.
Security and abuse
Attempts to bypass authorization, probe another tenant, misuse integrations, distribute malware, scrape credentials, or use the service for unlawful or abusive activity are prohibited.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided subject to applicable written customer agreements and applicable law. Preview features may change and may not be suitable for every use case. Nothing on the public website is a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a substitute for a signed service commitment.
