Privacy Policy

Effective September 4, 2026

Alimango Studio builds and operates Alimango One. This policy explains the information we process when people visit alimango.app, use Alimango One, connect third-party platforms, or contact us.

Information we may process

Depending on the service used, this can include account and profile details, business and organization information, configuration data, authorized integration identifiers and tokens, support communications, usage events, device/browser information, security logs, and content a business chooses to process through Alimango One.

Tenant and end-user data

Alimango One is a multi-tenant business platform. Business customers determine the business records and end-user information they place in their tenant. Where applicable, Alimango Studio processes that information as a service provider or processor on the customer’s instructions rather than using it as an unrelated data source.

How information is used

We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, maintain tenant isolation, operate authorized integrations, deliver requested features, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse, measure reliability, communicate about the service, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Third-party platforms

If a customer authorizes services such as Meta or Google, Alimango One only uses the permissions and data needed for the enabled integration. Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information to advertisers. We may use infrastructure and service providers needed to operate Alimango One, respond to lawful requests, protect users and the platform, or complete a customer-requested integration.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the service, security, contractual records, and legal obligations. Verified deletion requests are handled under our Data Deletion Instructions.

Security

We use access controls, tenant scoping, encrypted transport, secret-handling controls, logging, and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act where applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, object to, restrict, or request deletion of personal information. Business end users should normally contact the business that controls their record first.
