Alimango System Dock
A small floating monitor for your desktop: CPU (with your processor model), RAM and disk capacity, network, GPU, battery and, optionally, CPU temperature. Show it as a column or as a row along the top of the screen, left to right or right to left.
Version 0.3.9 · ZIP · 0.4 MB · Windows 10/11 64-bit
SHA-256: 7a56b55fdaca02eade7fca9ae143b9fcf051170a7bf0003c656253e8fc209fd2
Optional check, in PowerShell: Get-FileHash .\alimango-system-dock.zip
The installer checks each program file against the included SHA256SUMS.txt and refuses a changed or damaged copy.
Install
- Right-click the downloaded zip, choose Extract All, then open the extracted folder.
- Double-click the file Install Alimango System Dock. No admin rights are needed; the dock starts now and with Windows.
- If Windows SmartScreen shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info then Run anyway. The app is not code-signed yet.
- A small round gauge appears on your desktop. Drag it where you want it; right-click it for Gauges and Layout settings.
Optional: CPU temperature
Intel CPUs only for now; on AMD the dock shows everything except CPU temperature. Double-click the file Install CPU temperature (optional, admin) and approve the Windows admin prompt. It installs the PawnIO driver from its official source and a small background service that reports the CPU temperature to the dock. Skip it if you do not need CPU temperature.
Uninstall
Double-click the file Uninstall Alimango System Dock in the same folder.
Privacy and license
The dock reads hardware status on your computer only and sends no data anywhere. It is free to use and is not open source: see the Alimango System Dock license.
