Install with a USB stick

Unzip the download and copy the ChillTV-USB-Kit folder to a USB stick.
On the TV, open Google Play and install File Commander (free).
Plug in the USB stick, open File Commander, and pick ChillTV-Home.apk or ChillTV-Showcase.apk. Allow installs from File Commander once, then choose Install.
To make it your home screen: Settings › Apps › Default apps › Home app. If your TV has no such option, use the PC helper.

Make it the home screen with a Windows PC

On the TV: Settings › Device Preferences › About, press OK on Build 7 times, then turn on USB debugging in Developer options.
In the kit, open PC helper (Windows) and double-click Start Chill TV Helper. Type the TV's address and allow the PC on the TV.
The helper finds your TV model. Choose 1 for Home or 2 for Showcase. 5 (Undo) puts everything back.
